Monroe EFI LLC certifies, to the best of its knowledge our products comply with all regulations referencing the use of asbestos, mercury, and biocides. The current statement is reflective of regulations in effect globally released after January 2021.

• This certifies that asbestos is not used in the processing of, or contained in, any of the Monroe EFI products or packaging materials.
• This certifies that mercury is not used in the processing of, or contained in, any of the Monroe EFI products or packaging materials.
• This certifies that biocides are not used in the processing of, or contained in, any of the Monroe EFI products or packaging materials.

We will continue to identify any potential use of materials as specified in the REACH directive and confirm the representation made in this compliance statement remain accurate. To that end, we reserve the right to amend this statement at any time based on subsequent developments or information.
